A premier tempura experience at the heart of Osaka's prestigious Kita-Shinchi dining district. Inheriting the lineage of Kyoto Gion's renowned Tensou, our master chef serves seasonal ingredients fried to perfection — one piece at a time.
Born in Kita-Shinchi, Osaka — inheriting the prestigious lineage of Tensou, the famed tempura house of Kyoto Gion.
The name "Juko (拾幸)" — meaning "ten blessings" — was bestowed upon us by the head priest of Rakugaki-dera, a revered temple in Kyoto Yawata.
Our master chef trained at the legendary Japanese restaurant Kitcho and served as head chef at the Mitsui Garden Hotel Kyoto Kawaramachi Jokyoji before bringing his refined craft to Kita-Shinchi.
Each piece of tempura is a small, seasonal masterpiece — fried at the precise moment, served at the precise temperature, plated to honor the ingredient itself.
